Record Club: An Underground Miscellany

Record Club: An Underground Miscellany A Slack City radio show production, curated and presented by A.V. Sharkboy and Madonovan in Brighton, UK Sharkboy

Step onto the escalator and take the underground train to Brighton. Leave the station as it rattles under the foothills to a soundtrack of random and personal record collection favourites. There’s talking up and talking down of surprise picks, a miscellaneous dash of joyful reasoning, a few unfounded and irrational dislikes of the others subterranean favourites before emerging into the light. Meander through a musical miscellany, taking in the odd chat with local and visiting creatives, maybe a bit of live music, what’s not to like? Take the underground to Brighton with us Madonovan and A.V.

Direct from an outer space mirror hidden somewhere on the outskirts of Liverpool ..with a nod to the permission for freedom ...not that we need permission , we were always going to take it anyway but this song smiles in approval as we find optimism as defiance ...as we must ...and we are the first ( outside of its creators ) to hear it ! ###x
