Dr Ben Burville is passionate about the Farne Islands, and the wildlife that calls this special place home.

Puffins, Kittiwakes, Razorbills and other threatened seabirds have been thrown a lifeline, after decades of campaigning have finally succeeded in stopping industrial sand eel fishing in the English North Sea and in all Scottish waters. Sand eels are critical food source for seals as well.

Can a human swim as fast as a shark? Ultra-marathon swimmer and shark advocate Ross Edgley is going to find out! In four jaw-dropping shark challenges, Ross will push his body to its extremes as he attempts a G-force turn like a hammerhead, to polaris jump out the water like a white shark, tries to eat as much as a tiger shark and finally, to see if he can outswim the mako — the world’s fastest shark.
