PPL Announcement 📣

Introducing Dr Marc Abraham OBE as our guest speaker on 16 October at Hotel du Vin Brighton. 🎤

Better known as Marc the Vet, Marc’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Growing up as a shy, nature-obsessed schoolboy, his best friends were caterpillars and frogspawn and while he once turned down a backstage pass to Live Aid in favour of collecting his school chemistry prize, he always knew his mission was to help animals. 🐶

Marc is a multi-award-winning veterinary surgeon, author of five books including Vet on Call and Lucy’s Law: The Story of a Little Dog Who Changed the World, as well as presenter of the new DOGSPIRACY documentary. 📖 🎥

Alongside his veterinary career, Marc is a passionate animal welfare campaigner, broadcaster, and cofounder of the All-Party Parliamentary Dog Advisory Welfare Group (APDAWG) in Westminster.

We’re especially proud to welcome Marc because, as an ambassador of Rockinghorse Children's Charity – our amazing charity partner for the PPL. He champions causes close to the heart of our community. His work continues to inspire change, create impact, and spark meaningful conversations, both locally and nationally. Marc will share his unique story and show us that literally anyone can make a difference in the world - you just need to care enough to take the first step.
