Refunds for 2025 subscriptions.
It’s been a minute, and I want to start by apologising for the radio silence. I know many of you have attempted to contact me regarding your 2025 subscriptions and have not received timely responses, if any, and I’m incredibly sorry for the disappointment. Please be reassured that all customers will be fully refunded for any outstanding orders.
It is taking me longer than I had hoped, and for transparency, it’s taking months rather than weeks, but we will get there! I wish there was a faster solution (and please trust that I’ve explored all my available options!) For now, the remaining print magazines are back with me - out of the warehouse, and proceeds from those magazines and any digital sales go straight to refunding subscribers.
I’m currently refunding in weekly batches in the chronological order of purchase. You should receive a cancellation notification once your refund has been processed. If you are in urgent need of your refund, please contact me with your order number at: [email protected]
This is not the note that I wanted to close the print magazine on, and I’m very sorry to have let so many of you down this way. Thank you for your overwhelming support and patience.
