We’re throwing it back to one of our favourites, the Paddington Party Game we built for Nickelodeon on the Sky Box! 🧸 Players get to choose to play either on Story or Arcade mode, pop balloons, give a very messy Paddington a much-needed scrub, help him clear the chaos in the kitchen, and navigate a bit of bathtime mayhem. such a magical day of reconnecting with the team yesterday. I was reluctant to wash the the smoke out of my hair in case it washed away the magic of the forest fires we bonded around. That moment when all your hard work appears on BBC Breakfast.

When you’re fresh out of nursery, levelling up in September could be rather daunting. So we created ‘My First Day At School’, a fun new interactive game experience for BBC Bitesize to help kids understand all the good stuff they can expect when starting reception. From creating their very own avatar (and picking the colour of their new school jumper), to helping new friends build and play, to singing the home time song, it’s a rewarding thing that kids and their parents or care givers can enjoy.

It was featured on the tellybox today and as you can imagine, it was a proud moment for Jollywise and wonderful to see it out in the wild. From ideation, to build, to user testing, to release, it’s been such a rewarding experience. The bit when we knew we’d nailed it: seeing kids roll around laughing at their avatar belching during user testing sessions. 👌
