The debut album of genre-fluid, searingly honest & darkly beautiful music that spans from urgent post punk to introspective electronica is rooted in the present but draws from the past. It takes inspiration from the likes of Portishead and Kate Bush, whilst being acutely aware of the challenges Fable’s generation faces. “Being human is more complicated than it has ever been,” Fable explains.

"Is there a track from Shame that stands as a personal favourite or has a particularly personal connection?
It would have to be my new single, Onion Brain. It kinda calms me down and simplifies things in my head when I hear it. I don't sit around listening to my own music very much, but it's got this self-soothing effect and I'm glad it came into existence."
