Five years ago I was answering client emails at 10pm and calling it dedication.

Full diary. Inbox zero before bed. First to reply, last to log off. I wore “busy” like it meant something. Like it proved I was doing it right.

Somewhere in the last few years, that shifted. Not dramatically. Not in a “quit my job and moved to Bali” kind of way. Just… slowly, I stopped caring about productivity as a personality trait.

What I started caring about instead: a regulated nervous system. A slower morning. Space to think before I react. The freedom to say “not today” without guilt spiralling for a week.

Peace > productivity.

Which sounds lovely until you remember your business still needs decisions made, content created, ideas organised, and someone holding the thread of what’s actually happening next.

Here’s what I’ve realised though: I don’t have to be that someone for every single thing anymore.

That’s why I built the AI Cushy COO.

Not to hustle harder. Not to “scale to seven figures whilst you sleep” (eye roll). Just to think less. To stop treating every ping in my inbox like a fire drill. To feel like I’m actually steering my own business instead of white-knuckling the passenger seat whilst someone else controls the map.

I want you to have that too.

If you’re curious, comment COO and I’ll DM it to you.

Lie #1: You need a huge audience

My client, Michaela, an ADHD business coach had under 2,000 followers when she launched Burn Bright. It’s since generated 10x her initial investment.

Lie #2: You need to be launching constantly

The practitioners I work with run one signature programme. It fills. They’re not on the content treadmill every quarter.

Lie #3: More revenue means more hours

My clients are taking Fridays off because they built the structure that made it possible.

If you’re tired of trying to build a business based on someone else’s version of success, I’ve got you 💖
