At Small Pond, you can rehearse in air-conditioned, fully soundproofed studio rooms, just 2-minutes from Churchill Square in Brighton. Just bring your guitars, sticks, and breakables, and we'll provide you with everything else you need to make some real noise. With e

nough caffeine to keep you fueled on those late-night sessions, too. ☕

We've got facilities for solo musicians, bands, and teachers, at competitive rates that won't break the bank. Or why not record with a vintage analog Neve mixing console, professional outboard gear, and stacks of great amps? bring your project to life in our recording studio, with two professionally fitted live rooms, an isolated vocal booth, and an acoustically treated control room.
