✅ Mobilisation of personnel, equipment and site resources completed on schedule, enabling ex*****on of the approved refurbishment programme.
✅ Refurbishment activities are underway across the principal processing and electrical systems, progressing the project toward commissioning.
✅ Ex*****on activities remain on schedule against the current programme, with no material slippage reported.
✅ Based on progress to date, the Company expects the Azteca plant to be operationally ready by the end of August 2026. Commencement of commercial operations remains subject to receipt of the Operating Licence.

- Quantum Helium Sagebrush-1 Extended Production Test Confirms Helium-Bearing Gas, Reservoir Connectivity & Commercial Oil Production

✅ Helium concentrations of 2.5% confirmed by lab analysis of recovered gas samples – consistent with historical testing and significantly above typical industry concentrations of approximately 0.3% to 1.0%
✅ Acid fracture stimulation successfully established connectivity with a significant natural fracture system
✅ Commercial oil production identified from the Leadville Formation (between 7,250 and 7,360 feet depth) – an unexpected outcome that opens a new hydrocarbon play in the Sagebrush area, with potential rates of up to 40 barrels per day gross to working interest. More than 80 barrels of oil recovered during testing operations to date
✅ EPT production, pressure and fluid data to be provided to Sproule ERCE for review
✅ Next phase underway - Quantum expects to inform flow rate potential from the Leadville following ongoing clean up operations to remove injected fluid
