URU Metals LTD - Leapfrog Model Completed

- The updated Leapfrog 3D model has been completed and used to position, orientate and rank the holes in the next drill programme.

- The model supports the interpretation of Zone 2 as a coherent, laterally continuous Ni-Cu-PGE horizon hosted in rocks interpreted to belong to the Critical Zone of the Bushveld Complex, rather than a series of isolated intersections.

Cadence Minerals Azteca Refurbishment Complete. Mechanical completion achieved; commissioning scheduled next week.

✅ Mechanical completion achieved: Refurbishment finished on 3 Sept 2026. All eight plant systems are complete.
✅ Cold commissioning to start next week. Wet commissioning will follow, with hot commissioning subject to completion of the applicable regulatory requirements.
✅ No safety incidents were recorded during the reporting period.
✅ Commercial operations and shipments remain subject to successful commissioning and grant of the Operating Licence.
