☕️ We’ve been working on this for a little while, and we are now very excited to launch our new filter coffee bar at the lab.

We are serving specialty batch brew, as well as a variety of single speciality coffees as pour-over.

You can come and enjoy a brew, grab a photo book from the coffee table, use our high speed WiFi and hang out at the lab. We’ve even got the N64 setup with a variety of a classics ready to go.

We are proudly serving a range of finest, including our collab coffee FRESH POT.

Look forward to seeing you soon for a brew.

‼️ LAB UPDATE: We are moving.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are moving into a much bigger space, a space where we can grow and expand and fulfil our potential.

For all of our customers, but particularly our local ones, fear not we are not moving far at all, we’ll be staying in BS2 and we will reveal the address soon. But our new space will significantly improve your experience of visiting the lab as access will be one of the major improvements, as well as size and space. Our plan is to turn our new home into more of a destination or ‘hub’ for the incredible local film community that we’re privileged to be part of.

Whilst we are planning the move as best we can, the logistics are not straightforward and with all the best intentions, it’s possible that there may be some disruption to our normal service in the lead up to our move and in the first week or two whilst we get settled and iron out any teething problems.

We are moving the lab in stages week commencing Monday 26th May, in order to reduce disruption, and plan to have fully relocated by open of business by the following Monday. We’d ask for your patience and understanding during this period.

⚡️For any express orders, either C41 or B&W, we would encourage you to get these into us the week prior to our move as we won’t be able to fulfill express orders during this week.

🌟 FEATURED ARTIST: SASKIA RADHA

We’re delighted to bring you another in our Featured Artist series, this time with photographer and graphic designer, Saskia Radha.

Saskia is a visual artist based out of the South West of England, and works in a multidisciplinary fashion, combining photography with graphic design, and music.

Saskia is fairly new to Jack’s Lab, but we spoke to her earlier in the year to get her thoughts on her film journey so far. Comment READ MORE to check out what she has to say.

🌟 FEATURED ARTIST: LEIA MORRISON

Kicking things off for us in 2025; a little bit late, but with a bang; is the amazing .

Leia has been using .co for both development and scanning for a while now and we’ve been such big fans of her work ever since. Leia usually opts for our big-boy Hi-Res 16 bit TIFF scans from our ever reliable workhorse, the Noritsu HS1800.

☕️ Yeah, we’re a film processing lab, and we’ve teamed up with our favourite Bristol coffee roasters, Radical Roasters, to bring you a very special limited edition coffee.

To celebrate, we’re having a full on love-in of a party at Radical Roasters in Easton, Bristol on Thursday 13th Feb, just in time for Pal/Val/Galentines.

There will be free coffee to sample, and some very special free Espresso Martinis made with our own coffee. Not to mention a photobooth and some goodies for anyone who buys a bag of the good stuff (coffee) on the night.

You DO NEED to get yourself a FREE TICKET for the party. To do this, comment ‘coffee’ on this post and we’ll DM you the link. Or you can type QRCO.DE/FRESHPOT into your browser.

The coffee will be available in 100g bags, and can either be purchased wholebean or ground. If you can’t make the party, boooo, but the coffee will be available on the website or in the lab from Friday 14th Feb.
