Patchway Studios hosted our second Creative Mixer on Wednesday at The Square Club in Bristol and the energy was incredible. It was amazing to bring together creative talent from across the South West (and beyond!) for an evening of celebration, connection, and community.

Huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the night so special. A big thanks to our fantastic sponsors, Wounded Buffalo Sound Studios and Windrush1027, for helping bring it all to life. 🙌

Last Thursday, Patchway Studios had the pleasure of co-hosting our very first mixer at the incredible Century Club — and what a way to celebrate summer!

The evening was filled with positivity, laughter, and (lots of) Daiquiris 🍹 — generously sponsored by our friends at 1027 Windrush.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a memorable night. This was more than just a mixer — it was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the exciting autumn of filmmaking that lies ahead.

Our backlot is often overlooked but believe us when we say it plays an important role!

It offers 56,000 square feet of space with stacks of parking for your unit base and flexible outdoor space to accommodate substantial set builds.

And it's less than one hour away from Patchway Studios.

Have you watched The Winter King yet? 📺

This series is set in the fifth century in a brutal land of warring factions and tribes where lives were often fleeting and follows Arthur Pendragon, played by Iain De Caestecker, known for The Control Room and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, as he evolves from being an outcast and becomes a legendary warrior and leader.

The series is based on an adaption of Bernard Cornwell’s Warlord Chronicles which has been adapted by Kate Brooke and Ed Whitmore who also act as executive producers. The series also stars Eddie Marsan, of The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe and Deceit, as High King Uther and Daniel Ings, of The Crown and I Hate Suzie, as Merlin.
