Grand Rising beautiful Souls, Friday blessings, woke to be grateful for another day, with prayers in mind and, for those in India, and saw this, it got me thinking, whilst logic has its place, and thinking ๐Ÿค” has its place, when we are too much in our head, this is where sometimes we can be our own worst enemy. Rumination, overthinking, over analyzing (guilty sometimes) this can take us away from our "feeling" heart ๐Ÿ’š

Whilst we need to think to formulate plans, sometimes we may be so busy in planning, thinking that we may forget to feel and smell the Roses, and feel into our heart and souls journey.

Balance is ๐Ÿ—๏ธ to living and not just existing, I love this quote by Dr Martin Luther King.

Wishing all a beautifully blessed day in its universal, magical unfolding, today is a beautiful gift, tomorrow isn't promised.

Mirror Work

Practicing Mirror Work and id we learn that our Relationships are a reflective "mirror" this can be used as a tool for growth and personal development

For instance

If you find you are regularly Abandoned where are you abandoning yourself?

If you have discord and disconnect in your relationships, where are you disconnected to yourself, where are you at war within yourself?

If you find lack of communication in your connections, where are you falling short to communicate?

If you find you keep attracting unavailable partners, where are you unavailable?

If you find others aren't forgiving of your past conduct, behavior, where are you unforgiving with yourself and others?

Life does happen for us, but too us, I understand it can be difficult to.communicate with loved ones when they have put up a wall, or shut down, what other ways can you release and communicate.

Life's trials and tribulations are at times a reflection of your inner world

Grand Rising beautiful Souls, Saturday blessings and Love, took this yesterday and the smell from it, was divine, today's beautiful affirming message, is one based on trusting self, too often we may seek validation from others when we don't trust ourselves, in order to build resilience its important that we trust ourselves

"I have the answers I need already within me"

In addition to trusting myself, I trust the flow of "Divine Timing" and I choose not to force, but "flow"

A de-regulated nervous system as a result of anxiety, trauma, means that it may make it difficult to sustain relationships due to "bleeding" out on others through "projections" of fear, anxiety and insecurities, when this happens the relationship becomes "toxic" it is not anyone else's responsibility to keep you "safe" but it is your responsibility to build a sense of "safety" through building resilience and learning through any "triggers" that you may encounter.

"Triggers" are not bad, but they bring awareness where there still requires gentle compassionate healing and awareness.

Everyone enters relationships with some level of baggage, if one can accept that relationships are to bring conscious awareness rather than complete you, then there is capacity for growth.

If you find you"spiral" in high levelsbof anxiety it may be a soul call to work with the shadow aspects of yourself and learn to give those parts of yourself where you feel a sense of "ugly" gentle compassion and acceptance, in addition to reparenting yourself the way the "little" you would have truly desired to be loved, when you get right with you and learn to love and accept all parts of you, and you feel comfortable in your own skin, in your own company, you have a healthy you, to bring into "union" with another.

The key place a regulated nervous system that is not projecting and spiralling is to get the nervous system to a "Ventral" state, this is where you feel "safe" regulated and can navigate life comfortably.
