There are many ways we subconsciously "self sabotage" you see "Life" is a great Teacher, if one is open to learn and move away from the inner critic of deflection.

We can self sabotage when we allow our boundaries to be violated, when we say "yes" but deep down our heart is aching to say "No" by not speaking out whilst screaming inside, by hanging onto something or something, when there are clear signs you aren't being "chosen" as a priority, by holding onto anything that feels "dead" inside, by hanging because of fear of "change" by setting yoursekf "alight" to keep others warm, whilst you feel the cold in doing so, all of these unconscious patterns come from what you have been taught, you see it takes great courage to be yourself in a world where you are confronted by the expectations and perceptions of "others" you will be "seen" as rebellious by othets for protecting your "boundaries" when it is in fact, a liberation of your soul, in no longer abandoning yourself, you can still love, you can still hold gratitude, but sometimes from a distance, it doesn't mean love has gone, it just holds space in another form.

By being true to yourself, you are giving your "soul" a message, I am here, you are "safe" because you no longer seek that "safety" externally.

and breathe dear soul, welcome home

Take a deeper look at the Abandonment Wound, The Worthiness Wound, The Rejection Wound, Neglect Wound, if you have any of these, they do not have to define you, you get to "shape" your reality.

Life is a Great Teacher, not only have I learned how to grieve the "dead" I have learned to grieve the "living" the beauitiful complexity of "polarity" the flip side is it has taught me to choose myself, for if I am not right for me, I cannot be right for anyone.

A rejection is not a "No" but cosmic alignment.

24 days of 100 squats daily, my 🍑🍑🍑 will be peachy by day 28, its been an honour and enjoyable experience, excellent motivation and discipline. 400 more squats then the challenge is complete, not bad for a person who could not have done this 2 years ago with a severe arthritis flare in my left knee.

The left side is related to the "feminine" she got tired of carrying all the dead weight, in memory to this challenge to my late Father WL, my Aunty MB and a dear close friend Twinny, AB

There is something beautiful about this time of the Morning before Dawn breaks, when the "veil" is still thin between night and day, IN tuition can be at its heightened sense, if you are in tune to hear, a reminder, that your Soul always, always knows its real "truth" by the way it feels and its even more pertinent that you "hear" so you don"t abandon yourself, at the expense of others "noise"
