DROOGS makes its return with a 12” courtesy of Quartz in the form of a razor-sharp two-tracker, showcasing his trademark precision and stripped-back engineering.

The A-side, “Duplicity,” is a masterclass in minimalism cold, skeletal, and immersive, driven by tight basslines and subtle rhythmic shifts. Quartz proves that less truly can hit harder.

On the flip, “Black Prism” a collaboration with Overlook dives into raw ’90s techstep territory. Choppy breaks and haunting stabs build relentless pressure before giving way to a surprisingly blissful finale.

Quartz continues to cement his reputation as one of drum & bass’s most distinctive modern voices.

Our latest offering on DROOGS comes in the form of two moody cuts by label co-founder Gremlinz, alongside his partner in crime, Jesta.
'Drain Clog’ is a brooding combination of ever twisting breaks, deep subs and the dark, menacing ruffness that the duo are know for.

‘Hellion’ continues on that gritty vibe, however, this time in the form of a sinister, steppy rollout, complete with hypnotic percussion and a militant groove.

DROOGS is back with more unfettered darkness from chief crew member Overlook. First up, we have ‘Tarot’; harnessing echoes of the St Albans’ amigos and laser pointing their unsettling dread into a burning sink hole of riddim.

Flip over for a metallic stepping lash out, ‘Detour’, with holes punched through the omnipresent fog by staccato bursts of jazz stabs penetrating the Jungle canopy from above.
