⚠️Burst main in Webbs Heath ⚠️

We are pleased to inform you that this burst was been repaired overnight. Crew on site confirmed positive pressure in the main and hydrant at around 3:30am, meaning all customers should be back in water.
Some of you may experience lower pressure, this is due to a faulty valve, which our crew is working on at the moment.
Road closure is still in place. We have another crew attending this morning to assess damage to the highway and plan for reinstatement so we can move to clearing the road as quickly as possible this week.
Thank you very much for your patience. ^ Riley

Our teams are continuing to work hard and will be working through the night to get this burst repaired. As part of these works there may be some interruptions to supplies overnight but we're expecting your water to be on as normal by the morning. Properties likely to see interruptions have been texted directly to warn them; for all other properties we've either moved water around our network or will be tankering water directly into the network to keep you in supply. Thank you all for your continued patience and we'll be working as quickly as we can to get this resolved. This will be our final update for this evening.

We are carrying out a rezone for around 900 properties to keep customers in supply. Texts have been sent to these customers and who as a result may experience fluctuations in pressure, but will still remain in water. We're still assessing alternative options to maintain supplies to remaining affected properties before starting work on the repair. Thank you very much for your understanding. ^Riley

Due to a burst main in area, affected areas (as shown on the map below) may be experiencing no water or poor pressure. Our crew is currently on site to repair the leak. We will endeavour to restore your water as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience. ^Riley
