I accidentally became the perfect case study last week 😂

Five days ago I’d never heard of Sculpted by Aimee.

Five days later I’d spent over £100.

As someone who works in social media every day, I realised I could actually pinpoint exactly what happened.

It wasn’t an influencer.
It wasn’t an ad.
It wasn’t the founder.
It wasn’t the website.

It was all of them together.

This is something so many businesses underestimate.

Today is a day I’ve been working towards for months…

Welcome to Ryse.

If you’ve followed my journey for a while, you’ll know me as Abigail Hunter Marketing. Over the past eight years, my business has grown alongside the incredible businesses I’ve been lucky enough to work with.

But somewhere along the way, I realised I’d outgrown my name.

What started as social media management has evolved into something so much bigger.

Today, I help businesses build brands people recognise, trust and choose. From strategy and content creation to branding, websites and long-term marketing support, my role has become much more than posting on social media.

Ryse represents that evolution.

It reflects where the business is today, where it’s heading and the kind of businesses I want to help grow.

Nothing changes for my wonderful clients except the name.

A lot of business owners think scaling comes after everything feels under control.

It doesn’t (I was stuck in this place for a long ass time 🍑)

Most of the time, scaling starts in the messy middle,
when you’re fully booked, slightly overwhelmed and wondering why it’s not translating into the growth you expected.

These signs?

They’re not problems… they’re indicators.

Indicators that your business is ready for the next level, but your structure, strategy or positioning hasn’t caught up yet.

Because scaling isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing things differently.

If you’re in this stage right now, the worst thing you can do is keep pushing in the same way.

Consistency gets thrown around a lot in this industry.

But here’s the truth most people don’t say: posting more won’t fix a lack of direction.

You can show up every day and still feel stuck.!Still feel like it’s not landing, still feel like you’re doing everything but seeing very little back. This is because consistency without intention is just noise.

When your content has purpose, strategy and clarity behind it? That’s when consistency actually starts to work.

If your socials feel like you’re posting into the void right now, it’s not a motivation problem, it’s a strategy one.

2026 has already been a year of unlearning as much as learning.

Here’s what’s shifted for me so far:

→ Not everyone is your client and that’s a good thing
→ Clear boundaries protect your time and your business
→ Done properly > done quickly
→ You don’t need to prove your value to the wrong people
→ Consistency comes from clarity, not motivation
→ Growth often looks like discomfort before it looks like results

And the biggest one?

You can’t build a scalable business while holding onto habits that kept you small.

This year for me is about refining, not just expanding.

If you’re feeling stuck in the “busy but not growing” stage, it’s usually a sign something needs to shift.
