Brill social media marketing example no 1 - the John Lewis Christmas advert has dropped and I love it.

What I’ve particularly noticed is how they’ve answered each comment as John Lewis, but with a name.

They’re humanising and connecting as much as possible.

If the ‘big guys’ are doing this, then you must take note and reply to all your comments too.

It’s putting the SOCIAL in to social media.

Always connect with your audience by replying to comments 👌

Ooo, new Instagram update and I like it. It’s a Collage option in Stories.

Bloomin love collage with paper and fabric, but this cheeky Instagram update is a fun addition.

When you create a Story it’s an option on top right for me.

6. Share 3 industry terms and their ‘translation’ to plain language that helps your customers along the sales journey.

7. Why did you start your business? It’s bound to be a reason that your followers want to know.

8. Wonderful Weirdos Day on 8th September, so spill the beans on your wonderful weirdness.

9. Promote a product / service you’re excited to share about.

10. Answer a question you frequently get asked or dispel something that people frequently assume. (Love this one!)

Social media is an efficient and cost effective way to support an organisation in their marketing strategies. Social Media is an added approach to marketing and engages with consumers, building relationships and communities, going trust and converting them to become customers.

Experienced in marketing and business management, along with a variety of volunteering roles, including group admins, means I have a breadth of knowledge to take a birds eye perspective of your organisation and offer solutions in order for you to thrive, not just survive.
