Following the success of ‘Fiennes: Return to the Nile’ in 2019, GPA has once again worked alongside Woodcut Media and The Development Partnership for Sir Ranulph Fiennes’ involvement in the new documentary Fiennes: Return to the Wild.

In this brand-new series, Sir Ranulph and Joseph Fiennes retrace Sir Ranulph’s pioneering 1971 expedition through the untamed landscapes of Canada.

‘Fiennes: Return to the Wild’ is a ground-breaking two-part documentary series premiering on Sunday, 26th May 2024, at 8:00 p.m., followed by the second episode on Sunday, 2nd June 2024, at 8:00 p.m.

This captivating exploration of the Canadian wilderness promises audiences a blend of adventure, resilience, and familial bonds.

Congrats to GPA client Alan Chambers MBE and Dave Thomas for completing their most recent expedition.

Alan and Dave trekked 1,130km, unsupported across Antarctica. The challenge was part of Mission Spiritus Antarctica, a multi-faceted polar scientific expedition undertaking research into the global impact of nanoplastics on behalf of Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory.

The trek took 58 days on the ice, where they battled some of the Earth’s most extreme conditions, trekking from Hercules inlet on the edge of the frozen Antarctic continent to reach their destination - the South Pole.

Departing in December 2023, Alan and Dave arrived at the South Pole on 19th Jan 2024.

This week GPA celebrates 60 years in business.

Originally established on 25th Oct 1963, the company has evolved, grown and adapted with the world of entertainment.

We’ve supplied talent for TV adverts when television was transmitted in black & white (and there were only two channels!) we’ve negotiated international best-selling book deals, promoted rock concerts, toured box-office hit theatre shows – including one in particular which was featured in major Netflix and Disney+ docs, supplied performers, presenters and speakers for live events around the world, negotiated 100’s of brand endorsements, negotiated prime-time broadcast contracts for record-breaking TV shows in the UK, USA and Australia and over the last decade entered the world of social media celebrity influencing.

During these 6 decades we have worked with some of the biggest and most respected names in entertainment, business, sport, politics and broadcast. We’ve also worked and co-brokered with some of the world’s best managers and agents – and some of the worst!

As well as working closely with 100’s of well-known faces, we still exclusively represent and manage a number of prime-time TV presenters, best-selling authors and keynote speakers.

A family business for the majority of the 6 decades, our company ethos remains the same, to provide personal, straight forward, consistent attention, without delay and without fuss for both the talent and the booker.

Remarkably, I’m led to believe all at GPA still enjoy what they do… 👀
