I’m back… again!
Second shoulder op was a bit more of a winner! I’ve got a little movement this time, which means physio is back in my life—and I swear they’ve got a doctorate in “creative torture.” (Sadist? Hmm, maybe “master of discomfort” sounds a bit nicer? 😂)

To everyone waiting so patiently for me to get back to full strength, thank you! I’m slowly getting there, one painful stretch at a time.
