We caught up with .auz in the studio to hear about his creative journey, and how he became the artist he is today.

When did you start painting?

“I began creating art in my childhood, around 2006, when I became fascinated by graffiti. That’s when I started making my first wall paintings and consistently sketching.

This later led to various creative explorations and discoveries, which ultimately strengthened my confidence in choosing this path.”

Who inspired you the most to start painting?

“I’m most inspired by everyday life and interactions with people.”

What do you love and hate about being an artist?

“What brings me joy about being an artist is the lifestyle itself and the ability to experience certain moments on a deeper level.

What I hate is that being an artist also means having to be a social media content creator.”

How do you see the art world changing?

“It seems that interest in art is growing. I think the AI boom has contributed to this, as it has encouraged people to value genuine human experiences and authentic creativity made by human hands.”

Drop us a dm if you’d like to learn more about Martynas or see a full list of his works.

Say hello to Madeline Brice - .art (b. 1992) who will be joining us to feature in our upcoming Dubai group exhibition this November. Madeline earned both her BFA in Painting and BA in Art History from Missouri State University before launching her already impressive career with residencies, grants, and exhibitions across the U.S. and abroad.

Her paintings dive headfirst into the messy, beautiful chaos of being human, where existential dread meets the occasional domestic object, and neurosis gets dressed up in humour.

She puts it best herself: “I try to capture a feeling, or the feeling of several thoughts or rumination’s… sometimes it’s mortality and identity, other times it’s not that serious.”

Her work has been recognised far and wide, from residencies in Europe and New Mexico to features in New American Paintings and even Sotheby’s Institute’s magazine. Basically, she’s been busy turning her spirals of thought into worlds we can all step into. Catch her alongside an incredible lineup in Dubai this November at our ‘New Suns Rising’ group exhibition.

For early access to this and more works form Madeline just drop us a dm or email [email protected].

We are very excited to announce that we’re heading to Dubai for our next group show.

Toxic Arts Presents: ‘New Suns Rising’ Group Art Exhibition opening on the 7th of November 2025.

The show is called New Suns Rising and this represents the emerging talent of ten fantastic artists, coming from every corner of the planet and bringing with them their own light, culture, and ideas. They are the suns, and the artists of tomorrow.

The location for the show will be Alserkal Avenue in Dubai’s Al Quoz district, the heart of the city’s creative community. Packed with galleries and studios, and home to renowned artist eL Seed, the show will be powered by him and hosted in his very own gallery. This special partnership places the show at the very centre of where ideas spark and artists connect, making it the perfect home for our exhibition.

The exhibition is free to attend, and we invite you to join us on opening night for an unforgettable evening, a chance to connect with like-minded people and meet several of the artists in person.
