Have you experienced palliative, end-of-life care or been recently bereaved?

We’re inviting people living in rural or coastal areas of Norfolk or Suffolk to take part in a friendly, supportive morning workshop this November 💜

These sessions will help healthcare professionals better understand the challenges of accessing palliative care in rural communities.

📍 Locations for workshops include: Sheringham, Felixstowe, Lowestoft & Topcroft
📅 Workshops start from 6 Nov, 10am-12pm
♿ Accessible venues | Refreshments provided

We have a FREE defibrillator training session organised for Monday 6th October at 7.00pm in the pavilion. Everyone is welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn how to use the villager's important, valuable life saving equipment

*****Harvest Supper*****

We are looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow Saturday 4th October.

The bar will be open 7pm, ready for a sit down meal at 7:30pm.

The social club bar is open tonight and any volunteers are very welcome to help decorate and set up the hall.

Remember everyone who brings a dessert tomorrow will be entered into a raffle for a special prize.

Last one of the season!

Come and join us for the last of our family summer BBQS this Friday September 12th!

Food will be served between 6 and 8pm. It would help with our planning if we could have an idea of numbers and food orders by Thursday 11th evening.
Prices: Burgers £3.50; Hotdog £3; Vegan Burger £3; Vegan Hotdog £2.50
(Cheese/Vegan cheese slice extra 50p)

Of course you can always just join us for a drink. Bar open 6pm to late.

****HARVEST SUPPER Saturday 4th October***

In the first instance tickets are only available to members at an "earlybird" price of £15 per member for a three course meal.
Starter: Pate or Melon
Main Course: Roast Beef (vegetarian option)
A variety of desserts.

This is always a popular night and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate living in our special community.

If you would like to attend please email, with your choice of starter. Payment can be made by BACS or you can pay by cash at the bar (it is open every Friday from 6pm).

As usual we will be grateful for any offers of desserts and this year all dessert providers will be entered into a raffle for a special prize!

We would also be grateful for any raffle prizes for the night and or the Xmas bingo.

Please contact by Monday 15th because after that date tickets will be offered to residents of the village who are non-members.

A reminder that tomorrow from 1.00pm until 4.00pm there is a charity fun day on the playing field in aid of the Norwich Food Bank; the bar will be open and there will be a BBQ. Everyone is welcome to come and support this worthwhile event.

The local Home-Ed group are organising another Charity Fun Day on Sunday 7th September from 1.00pm to 4.00pm on the sportsfield.

The bar will be open and there will be a BBQ. This event is planned and organised by the children and they have chosen to support the Norwich Food Bank this year.

There will be games' jumble, bric a brac, tombola and a raffle. Please come along and support this great event
