Well, that escalated quickly! In just 3 hours I served 92 basket meals(plus a few side orders for good measure) completely on my own. I’m not saying I’m a superhero, but has anyone ever seen me and Wonder Woman in the same room? 😂

So, if you happen to see me leaving work early tomorrow for my nail appointment, I’d appreciate it if you could simply mind your own business 😜

I don’t look quite like I did at the start of the evening, but I’ll spare you all the post-service photo. Think less ‘glam café owner’ and more ‘survivor of a kitchen tornado’.

England didn’t quite make it, but what an atmosphere at Hammerwich Cricket Club! Win or lose, it was an absolutely brilliant night.
