Our teams have been supporting families during the lockdown, by ensuring family and friends unable to travel or attend funerals can join the service virtually.

Here we have a socially distanced setup of our mobile vMix system being controlled from a room outside the main church area. We supplied JVC Professional cameras in the church and a remote link from the graveside. The stream was undertaken through 4/5g as there was no fixed internet in the church.

Family joined the service from around the world and our client made the following comment:

“I wasn’t able to talk with you on Wednesday, but I just wanted to thank you for the great service.

We saw a couple of Microphones, but that was all – it wasn’t intrusive in anyway and gave those who couldn’t attend the chance to join us remotely, which I know was very important to **** in the US, amongst many others both overseas and here in the UK.”

Flashback to November 2020 when we helped YMCA Burton remain connected during their annual sleepout event.

The event usually takes place at Burton Albion FC however due to Covid restrictions, everyone took part from their home. The usual programme of music, stories and connectivity could therefore not take place in person, so we worked with them to create an online experience that all could log into, enjoy and interact with.

Some elements were pre filmed and others live via remote dial in or from our studio. With technology from vMix, Blackmagic handling mix and broadcast, alsong with Sony and JVC HD/4K cameras, we can support any streaming and virtual event requirements.
