Burwell Radio is sorry to announce that we will be ceasing operations at the end of October 2024.

It has been great to share so many exciting village stories and events, and we hope that we have provided a little fun and entertainment along the way - especially during the pandemic lockdown.

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in the project - your support has been greatly appreciated.

Stuart Green will be presenting his final Folk Club show on Burwell Radio on Wednesday evening this week - although we are delighted that his programme will continue with Folk Friday Radio.

This week's show (212) will be the final 'Folk Club' show to be aired on Burwell Radio.

I'd like to say a huge thanks to Rob & Gavin who have been so supportive and have provided this platform every week for the last couple of years.

Next week, the Wednesday show (rpt Sunday) moves to the slightly earlier time of 6.30pm on a new platform, 'Folk Friday Radio'

Shows on Folk Music Notebook (Thurs) and West Norfolk Radio (Sat) remain unaffected, as does mixcloud.
