🕰 Imagine this…
You wake up tomorrow morning. The alarm clock radio clicks on. There’s no smartphone by your bed. No emails. No social media. No AI.
It’s 1985 — and the last 40 years were just a dream.
What’s the first thing you’re going to do?
For me, this thought experiment opens up a rush of reflections.
Would I do things the same way? Would I take more risks?
Would I spend more time with certain people?
Would I listen more, worry less, back myself sooner?
In a world obsessed with what’s next, sometimes the most powerful leadership insight comes from pausing to ask:
👉 If I could start again, what would I change?
👉 What really matters?
👉 What would I do differently — or more boldly — today?
I’d love to hear your answers to the question:
If it’s 1985 tomorrow and the last 40 years were just a dream — what’s the first thing YOU would do?
