Scene 11 of short film Sister Anna completed on Sunday and what a wonderful day it was with a fantastic team.
A wealthy young woman falls in love with a member of a religious community, but their relationship is threatened by each of their brothers - One a devout man of God, the other violent and controlling.
In this scene, Anna and Erich meet secretly in the grounds of her family’s estate, torn between love and looming crisis. Anna vents her fears about William’s fraud and self-destruction, while Erich urges restraint and dreams of escaping together to Pennsylvania. Their tenderness gives way to tension when Anna rejects the idea of marriage, leaving Erich conflicted and heartbroken.
