Yesterday we put on a Lammas Feast for our members to celebrate Lughnasadh 💫🌾

This Celtic festival marks the beginning of the harvest season and is all about abundance, gratitude and reflection. The perfect occasion for Jas to get her tarot cards out!

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga has arrived at Foundry Camborne, and there are two opportunities each week to step onto the mat.

Each session is designed to help the body:
Build strength and improve flexibility
Release stress and quiet the mind
Develop balance, focus, and breath awareness
Feel supported in a warm, inclusive space

This is a gentle, breath-guided practice that moves at a pace the body can settle into, blending fluid movement with mindful pause. Whether you're completely new to yoga, or finding your way back to it, you are welcome here.

I bring over 400 hours of yoga training, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, mindfulness and specialist training supporting every body, inclusive of those living with limiting conditions and chronic illness.

My teaching is shaped not only by study, but by a deep commitment to creating a space where people feel safe, seen and supported.

Classes are available as a 4-week block (£39.50), block bookers take priority on spaces. Drop-ins may be available at £11.00 per session, just get in touch to check availability.
