🌟 Today was a bit different from my typical tutoring sessions! I had the pleasure of working with Kaleb, an enthusiastic, science-loving 8-year-old. 🌟

We started by learning the scientific names for all the apparatus we’d be using and went over the importance of laboratory safety, including recognising and understanding hazard symbols.

Then, the real science FUN began! We explored the concept of solubility, investigating how to retrieve sodium chloride once it’s dissolved. We also made acidic and alkaline solutions and tested their effects using universal indicators.

As you can see from these photos, Kaleb did an amazing job! Well done, Kaleb! 👏🔬🧪

🌟 Old System: A*-G
🆕 New System: 9-1

Remember, 9 is the highest grade, equivalent to A*, and 1 is the lowest, roughly corresponding to a G. Confused? Don't worry, we've got your back! 💪
