☀️Welcome to the August issue of LifeStyle Wales.☀️
Within this edition we’ve got a huge focus on summer weddings, with some great inspiration on what to wear.
We pay a visit to Gileston Manor, a prestigious wedding venue located in Barry, to do a photo shoot with the enigmatic Nicola Venetia Steele. The Bridgend Boutique owner has selected a few of her favourite outfits from her latest ranges that are currently available within her store.
We’d personally like to say a huge thank you to the team at Gileston Manorfor letting us use their beautiful home and grounds for the fashion shoot - check it out on pages 38 to 43.
Speaking of fab wedding venues, Nicky Bright of Nicky Bright Interiors has finalised the refurbishments to The Ynys - a former public house that has been transformed into a bespoke wedding venue. Nicky features on the cover of this month’s issue, which was taken by the incredibly talented team at Art of the Fairytale. See the transformation on pages 36-37.
If you’re looking for a hairstylist for your big day, then look no further than Natalie Mace - an award-winning hair and make-up artist who specialises in intricate up-dos. We also feature an exceptional wedding photographer from the Welsh Valleys - Stephen Davies - The Photoshop Guy.
Elsewhere within our much beloved magazine, we feature our usual selection of home improvement businesses, each sharing their latest creations and home transformations - this month we’re showcasing Chalkhouse Kitchens, The Tap End Bathrooms, Woodpecker Flooring, and Pergolas from George Street Furnishers.
Problems with planning? We speak to Aspinall’s Planning & Legal Director, Will Richards whose team are specialists when it comes to fixing refused plans. Find out more on page 14
Well, that’s enough waffle from me, simply turn the page and enjoy!
