So long story short, by the time my daughter finished her singing and I was ready for the show which had some renowned singers from Indian music industry. My children were tired and hungry. So I had to leave midway and head home. Lesson learned, I cannot just depend on pizza and doughnuts.
The silver lining though is that i got to wear this beautiful saree and the new earrings, which I absolutely loved💜🤍

Wearing a sambalpuri pattern kurta with patiala salwar and tissue dupatta. I end up repeating my Indian wear by tweaking pieces here and there. I need more Indian wear or DO I Really Need More Clothes 🫪🤦‍♀️

It was a wonderful evening,celebrating Indian heritage with Odissi dance forms. I had a very busy and tiring week with school runs. So even though we were excited for the event, the exhaustion took over. We took shelter in the cafe mid way and called it a night.

Linen trousers with cotton blouse. It was a hot day and linen has served really well this summer. No wonder its so much sought after fabric. I zhuzh up the trousers with some embroidery. That's my little Mojo 🪄

Had a lovely day out in town, just bits and bobs. I had been meaning to buy a new mascara, sky high waterproof Maybelline New York
It stayed put till the end of the day, but I find the wand too springy, moves a lot. I am not used to this movement, might poke myself in the eye🙄 keep it firm for heavens sake! Not everything needs to be flexible!
