Action for Freelancers : Freelancer Input

In June and July, Action for Freelancers (AfF) has been holding a series of Listening Sessions on Zoom with working group members, to gather freelancers' input into five of the project's key areas of work:

- Working conditions
- Recruitment
- Skills, training & professional development
- Information and knowledge-sharing
- Mental health & wellbeing

They recognise that not everybody wants to feed in their thoughts via a public forum, so they have provided a space for freelancers to anonymously share their thoughts on the issues which sit under these areas.

If you're facing stress, conflict, or workplace challenges, this course offers practical support through targeted training and coaching.

Designed to support professional development, the programme includes interactive online workshops and opportunities for in-person networking across the UK.

The course consists of five mandatory online sessions, each lasting up to two hours. These sessions are scheduled flexibly to fit around busy production calendars and focus on the following key areas:
