OKAY… CHRISTMAS JUST GOT SERIOUS!

🎄 We’ve had a little sneak peek at Festive Productions Cwmbran and apparently that was all the encouragement I needed to officially enter my Christmas-mum era.

🎁 There’s something about seeing the lights, the festive magic and the kids getting excited that makes you go: “Yep. I’m ready for Christmas.”

You’ve just realised Halloween half term is a WHOLE WEEK and you’re expected to entertain everyone without spending your entire bank account.

So I’ve done the planning for you…
👻 FREE museums & spooky activities
🎃 Pumpkin-themed adventures
🧙‍♀️ Halloween trails & quests
🍂 Autumn woodland scavenger hunts
🌊 Spooky coastal walks
🎨 Halloween crafts
🍿 And, obviously, a pyjama + Halloween film day because PARENTS NEEDS A DAY OFF.

♥️ I’ve put together a list of FREE things to do across South Wales this Halloween half term.

✨ SAVE this for half term.

Honestly, a National Trust membership might be one of the best investments for family days out.

🏰 Castles & historic houses
🌳 Massive spaces to run wild
🌿 Walks and adventures
🛝 Plenty of places for the kids to burn off energy
🥪 And yes… obligatory picnic stops

🌲 Because when you’ve got kids, “What are we doing this weekend?” seems to come around VERY quickly

✨ A membership means you can turn a random Saturday or Sunday into a proper day out without constantly buying individual tickets.

🍂 And the best bit? You don’t need a perfectly planned itinerary. Sometimes it’s literally just: pack snacks, let them run, hope they sleep on the way home.
