Now is a good time is our message for National Adoption Week 2025.

Today we’re launching a new campaign inspired by the words of the loved ones that helped adopters take the steps needed to adopt.

Our insights, gathered with our client , told us that the number of children waiting for adoption across Wales is rising, while the number of enquiries are falling.

With that in mind, we set out to develop a campaign rooted in adopter experience that
encourages people to think about the personal qualities they already have that will make them fantastic adoptive parents - speaking to 20+ adopters across Wales, from single parents to LGBTQ+ adopters, along the way.

We invited Kerry and Louise, Jenna, Lucie, and Guto to sit down and listen back to
their reference letter read out by a loved one – for the very first time.

Their message: You are kind. You are capable. You are ready.

Now is a good time to adopt.

The team have been busy producing:

- A 30s TV advert

- 30s Case Study videos for social media

- National and regional press stories featuring case studies with adopters

- Spotify Ads

It’s Hate Crime Awareness Week, and we’re proud to stand behind a campaign that makes hate impossible to ignore. 
 
We were thrilled to be chosen recently to work with to deliver the Hate Hurts Wales campaign. Over the next few months, we’ll bring powerful, real stories to life and share tangible steps we can all take to make Wales the safest place to be who you are. 
 
The message from day one is simple, but vital: hate hurts us all, and we all have a role in stopping it.

✨ Come along with us to the Creative Moments Award in London ✨

Our BOG STANDARD Campaign with has just won Best Creative B2B Campaign and we couldn’t be prouder.

Born from personal insight, the campaign tackled a taboo: men living with incontinence told us they needed safe, well-equipped bathrooms and to have their challenges taken seriously with a touch of humour to help start the conversation.

💡 The idea? Everyone deserves the basic standard of bathroom provision. Or as we put it: BOG STANDARD.

This win isn’t just about creativity – it’s about driving dignity, awareness, and access to hygiene facilities for men everywhere. 🚻

Placemaking in Wales 🤝 Cowshed

It’s time for a new era for the rebellious, independent, diverse city of Newport – and our team have been right in the thick of it.

Led by Tahnee and Rhian, we’ve played an integral part in creation of Newport City Centre’s Placemaking Plan, alongside our partners and the team at .

Genuinely engaging with thousands of residents is no easy task, but we’re proud to have done it and to see the results in a plan that ‘feels very Newport’.

With the plan now adopted, we’re looking forward to seeing the hopes, dreams and ambitions of the community members, businesses and stakeholders who gave so generously to this process, come to fruition.

Congratulations to our client Newport City Council, who trusted us to do things a little differently and have led this process with passion and commitment.

When read out Cowshed’s name as the winners of UK consultancy of the year, our jaws literally dropped to the floor.

We never for a moment thought we would win up against such a large number of incredible, massive agencies from London, but we did!

Today marks the start of Cerebra’s – an epic inclusive relay spanning 2500km for 33 days from Glasgow to Windsor (via Wales!).

Cerebra, a national UK charity dedicated to supporting children who have a neurological condition, created Relay Your Way to promote inclusivity in sports and play.

We have worked with Cerebra supporting their PR and created the fantastic colourful branding that you’ll see across the relay.

So, it’s with pride that we take to the streets, running 4.4km from Cardiff City Stadium to and then walking and wheeling 2.2km to .
