Awful news today that is closing.

This was the last grassroots venue in Cardiff, they've been so good to us, the best people. They've tried so hard to make it work, but obviously it's just not viable in the current climate.

The Cardiff alternative music scene is effectively dead now. Nowhere else has that feeling of a community for bands, promoters, lunatics etc..

We had a couple of shows booked there for next year and the list of possible alternative venues is ridiculously small.

Cardiff Council think that booking the same four bands they like to play corporate events and then doing a Lauryn Hill concert in the CIA makes Cardiff a 'music city.'

If Cardiff was ever a music city, it's because of The Moon.

3 more bands playing Cardiff DIY Fest on Sept 21!
sw local heavy shoegaze post-hardcore sort of boys. Released a sick EP earlier this year, give it a spin!

great to have these guys back! Brighton punks who we've previously had at two past alldayerS, good times.

Speedgoat are a new band from members of Live, Do Nothing, Malgola No, The C90s and more... Possibly great, likely awful. Don't miss!

We're still way off the amount of tickets sold where I can stop panicking about having to sell my hole to afford rent, so please grab one if you're coming!

we've tried and failed to bring to Cardiff multiple times in the past, so stoked that it's finally happening!

are a fairly new band but feature members of some of the best pop/alt bands out of London in the last 10 years. Do not miss!

Real mixed bag of bands this year! Something for everyone.

First time for us having down from London, weirdly also the first time for us having Gimic on a diycardiff show. has possibly played more shows for us than anyone, always a good time!
