On Wednesday evening, Taste Blas had the privilege of attending a spectacular celebration hosted by at the newly restored Copperworks Distillery in Swansea — a striking new landmark for Welsh craftsmanship and culture.

Welsh icons including Max Boyce, , Sir Karl & Lady Carol Jenkins, Roy Noble OBE, and Rhodri & Lucy Owen gathered for an unforgettable night showcasing the very best of Welsh food, drink and hospitality.

Guests were treated to a stunning menu from National Chef of Wales and Junior Chef of Wales , with cocktails highlighting the artistry of and .distillery in this remarkable new distilling destination.

From the industrial heritage of the Copperworks to its exciting future, the evening was a powerful celebration of Welsh creativity, flavour, and pride — and a glimpse of what’s to come on the global stage.
