Manchester's TNSrecords have released loads of great records over the years and their recent output is no exception. Anyone who wants a TNS release can get one directly from the label, but if you're shopping at Brassneck anyway, you can now get releases from ALLDEEPENDS, Bruise Control, Christmas, Electric Press, JODIE FASTER, NEXØ, The Rebel Riot & Ritual Error in the distro as of today.

Support DIY punk labels across the scene. Punk is support not competition.

Following the release of their album 'So Far Out', City Mouse are coming back to the UK in September for a short tour. If you've seen them before you know you're in for a good time, but if you haven't, please take my word for it and come along to one of the dates to check for yourself.

Those of you going to the London gig, I'll see you there!

Vinyl copies of the album are still available from Brassneck in the meantime.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a good old restock from Dirtnap Records. Luckily, that’s just changed with a whole load of their new (and older) releases being added to the distro today. Not only that, there are 2 LPs from Italian powerhouse Bee Bee Sea who just played an excellent set over in Bergamo for this year’s Punk Rock Raduno welcome party. Oh, and the new split LP from CHINESE JUNK and GINO & THE GOONS of course. That one was released in the US via BIG NECK RECORDS today and is also available from Chinese Junk in the UK. I think that’s everything for now. Have a great weekend.

You can check all of this and more out via the link in the comments.

My mate Lou is doing something great. She's raising money for a family in Gaza by accepting tattoo submissions to her own leg at just £10 a word. Any word, name, date, stupid, serious, band names, lyrics, etc will be accepted.

You can pay more than a tenner a word of course. That's up to you.

If you're interested, just go to the GoFundMe link in the comments, pay the relevant amount and let me know the words you would like to be on Lou's leg for the rest of her life. I'll let her know.

Any questions, just ask and please feel free to share this around. There's still plenty leg left to ink.

You've hopefully all picked this up already right? It’s the second album from Diaz Brothers and it’s about as good a record as you could hope to imagine. Their first album was pretty close to perfect and somehow I think this one might be better. Don’t ask me how they do it, but here it is, one of the absolute best records of the year / 21st century. Hyperbole? Nope. Grab it from wherever you want to grab it from, but there are copies at Brassneck if you’re passing through anyway.

File under, “better than whatever you’re listening to while you’re reading this”.

Bay Area band Dollar Store have just self-released their debut album "Gentleman Nation".

The album features Jeff Ott (Fifteen, Crimpshrine) along with Dave Slaverave, Leda Gannon (Wire Graffiti) & Harrison Joyner (Apogee Sound Club, Future Twin) and, as it’s a DIY release, this record has no official distribution in the UK other than via Brassneck. So, if you want a copy on lovely translucent red vinyl, you know where to come.

There’s a link in the comments so you can check it out and give it a listen.

Oh, and remember, this week I’m throwing free records in with all orders so right now really is the best time to grab a bargain…
