We are searching for actors to take part in the 2025 season of BFI Film Academy Short Courses across Wales! 🎬

The three short films will be shot over one day each, in Aberystwyth, Cardiff and Swansea, with all acting roles being paid, with travel expenses covered. This call is open to talent of all ages (above 18), based in Wales or South West England.

The BFI Film Academy Short Courses are an opportunity for young people to gain crew experience and insight into the filmmaking process.

Cardiff Mini Film Festival is currently seeking filmmakers and film enthusiasts with industry experience to join the pre-selection team!

Each member of the pre-selection panel will recieve 5-6 hours of content to watch and rate from the comfort of your home with a late October deadline.

Being a part of the pre-selection team entitles you to a free full festival pass and a named credit in the digital & physical festival brochures.
