Shaved a whole 8 minutes off last year’s time at the Cardiff Half Marathon today (clearly all those “carb-loading” sessions paid off).

Massive shoutout to who basically carried me through the last few miles — mentally, emotionally, and possibly physically. Couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️
