The last few years have been a bit heavy.

Cystic fibrosis, the ups and downs of IVF and making the call to close the gym have all forced me to rethink what I’m actually building with my life and my work.

One thing that’s never changed is my love for cars and helping people make better decisions whether that was under a barbell or now with what they drive and how they fund it.

So this feels like a proper new chapter… I’ve joined forces with Tony Nolan to create Nolan Jones Vehicle Finance, part of the Ask 4 Leasing group in Cardiff.

Tony brings 30+ years in motor finance. I bring a slightly obsessive passion for cars, coaching and doing things honestly and human-first.

For me, this isn’t just “a new job”. It’s about rebuilding my personal brand and future in a way that reflects everything I’ve been through and what I’m passionate about which is simply helping people but now I get to do it using my passion for cars.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far with the gym, my health, our IVF, content and everything in between. This is the next step in helping support what will hopefully become our little family ❤️
