Demystify NLP in one day! Start learning this Saturday!

If you're curious about what NLP is then this Saturday is for you! One day and you'll have a clearer view on the ways it can be used, the mindset shifts it can help people achieve, the ways it supports more effective communication, and will help you understand the many ways it's used right around the globe every day by millions of people who have taken the step to learn more!

The End of an Era – and the Start of Something New 🌊

After 11 Incredible Years, We're Saying Farewell to Cardiff

When I first started Unleash Your Potential Ltd back in 2014, I never could have imagined the amazing journey we’d go on with our NLP training courses in Cardiff.

Over the last 11 years, Cardiff has been our home. It’s where hundreds of our students began (or deepened) their NLP journey. It’s where tears were shed, lightbulbs went off, and lives were transformed. It holds a special place in my heart—and always will.

But today, I’m sharing a big update:
We’ll be running our final live in-person courses in Cardiff at the end of 2025.

Why the Change?

The hotel venue we’ve used for years has significantly increased its prices—nearly doubling the cost of meeting room hire. Sadly, this has made it financially unviable for us to continue offering in-person courses in Cardiff.

This decision hasn’t been taken lightly. Cardiff has been a huge part of our story, and I know it’s been an accessible, familiar location for so many of you. That’s why I wanted to give our community plenty of notice—and to make sure everyone has the chance to join us one last time in Wales.

Your Last Chance to Train Live in Cardiff

If you’ve been thinking about completing your NLP journey with us—or refreshing what you’ve previously learned—this is your final opportunity to do so in Cardiff.

📍 Final Cardiff Course Dates:

NLP Practitioner: 7th – 13th September 2025

Certified NLP Coach: 14th – 17th September 2025

Master Practitioner: Online: 26–28 Sept & 17–19 Oct | In-person (Cardiff): 9–16 November

While one chapter is closing, an exciting new one is beginning.

From 2026, we’ll be offering our in-person NLP training in a brand new location—and this time, it’s by the sea! We’ll be based in Cornwall, right on the seafront with uninterrupted views of the stunning Cornish coast.

What can you expect from NLP by the Sea™️?

NLP training in a calming, inspiring environment

Optional wellbeing activities like open water swimming, beach games, and sea-view journalling

And yes, if the sun is shining… perhaps even an NLP session on the beach with ice cream in hand!

This move reflects everything I believe about learning: that it should be joyful, immersive, and life-enhancing.

Online Courses Continue as Normal

If you’re not based nearby or prefer to learn from the comfort of your home, don’t worry—our online training is unaffected and will continue to run throughout and beyond this transition.

Yesterday & today I have been delivering Time Line Therapy™️ Practitioner Training as part of our Certified NLP Coach Training. It's been great to see the group getting to grips with the content.

Online Training has meant that we can all train together with like minded people even though we are not physically in the same place. Online training has meant none of us have had the hot sticky car journey to the training room today, or got stuck in traffic! Training online means that there is no need for anyone to be away from home, with expensive nights away in hotels (I love sleeping in my own bed - do you?). No-one has had to travel far - the commute from the kitchen to the office has been very quick and without delay! LOL

Today we've joined the virtual training from:

📍Dubai

📍Cornwall

How cool is that! - learning together, sharing experiences, practicing, getting the chance to experience all the tools and techniques as clients and exchanging some fantastic reflections and feedback to help everyone grow. We've laughed and had fun too!

Location is no longe a barrier for accessing the learning that is right for you - the fact you live far from where we run our in person courses does not mean you can't access what Laura knows - you can! - online.

The next online NLP Practitioner and Certified NLP Coach Course (including TLT Training) runs across October & November. If you'd prefer to train in person however you can - you can do both in Cardiff in September 👍
