✈️ Airbus apprentice Georgia Ellams, 19, from Wrexham, has completed the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours to raise funds for a humanitarian mission to Ghana.

She took on Pen y Fan, Cadair Idris and Yr Wyddfa ahead of travelling to Accra this Christmas as part of a project to help bring clean water to communities.

North Wales Police is urging motorists to check their tyres are legal and ready for winter as National Tyre Safety Month gets under way.

Worn or under-inflated tyres can mean longer stopping distances and a greater risk of losing control in wet or icy conditions. Drivers face up to three points and a fine of up to £2,500 per illegal tyre.

🥚 A Cineworld manager is taking on an egg and spoon marathon at Newport Stadium to raise money for BBC Children in Need.

Mo Williams will attempt 105.5 laps of the track on Friday 30 October while balancing an egg on a spoon. Supporters can sponsor the challenge and cheer him on.

A Swansea man has been jailed for five months after recording a sexual act with a woman without her consent.

David Novac, 34, changed his plea to guilty to voyeurism and must register with police for seven years under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

An Anglesey shearing event has raised a record £72,000 in a day for charity.

Cneifio Cylch (Shearing Ring) will support Wales Air Ambulance, Alder Hey Children's Hospital and the DPJ Foundation. Since 2012 the farmers behind it have raised almost £450,000 for good causes.

We went along to Sherman Theatre in Cardiff to see Balloon Girl, a new production co-produced by Tilt. 🎈

Written and directed by Hannah McPake, it takes audiences on a whirlwind journey through 2,000 years of Welsh history, with time travel, a talking seagull and plenty of comedy. At its heart is the true story of 14-year-old Louisa Maud Evans, who died after a balloon parachute descent at Cardiff's Maritime and Industrial Exhibition in 1896.

The Tondu Road Superstore has more than 10,000 sq ft of pre-loved furniture, clothing, books and more, plus free parking. There is still time to visit the Porthcawl shop for clearance deals before Christmas.
