Demonstrations outside so-called โmigrant hotelsโ fill our TV screens and news feeds. We hear the protests. We hear the political debate. But how often do we hear from the people living inside the hotels?
With exclusive access to a hotel accommodating Afghan nationals in Wales, Operation Warm Welcome goes beyond the headlines to hear directly from the people at the centre of the story.
We hear from Afghan nationals who supported British forces in Afghanistan and, as a result, became targets of Taliban reprisals. We also hear from their families, evacuated with the support of the UK Government and brought to Wales to rebuild their lives.
๐๏ธ Operation Warm Welcome gives the families the space to tell their own stories.
After broadcast, the programme will also be available to listen to here https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002zl7f
