A business owner contacted me after finding water all over the floor around the toilet. I carried out a leak diagnosis and traced the problem to the toilet pan connector.

The old connector was removed and replaced with a new one, then the installation was checked thoroughly for leaks.

The connection stayed completely dry and the toilet was tested to make sure it was draining normally.

with the customer’s approval, the tiled panel was carefully opened to gain access to the pipework. the old bath mixer was removed and a new thermostatic bath mixer and shower hose were installed, with the connections checked and the system tested properly.

the result? a properly working bath mixer with thermostatic temperature control and warm water for the customer and his partner to enjoy. 🚿🔥
