Show room nearly ready and flats making good progress at The Paddock

The first flyover of the new year! The development is really coming together now, we can't wait to show you around our Sefton Show Home!

Latest update as the first home owner has moved in, viewing balconies are taking shape and and the render is starting to be applied.

As we wrap up for Christmas it's great to see our new home owners on site and the Sefton's all glazed with the spectacular show home nearing completion.

Created this little video of the building of the Carlisle City Council's Sands Centre Swimming Pool and Leisure complex. Filmed over the past 22 months using a drone. The last footage taken this afternoon. The Sands Centre officially opened its pool and leisure centre doors to the public today so I thought it would be good to get this out on the same day.
