Hi guys my name's Al & as you can guess I have cancer (2 types!) but I don't let it stop me from doing what I love, ie being in the great outdoors, Hiking, Scrambling etc.

My deepest condolences go out to the families and friends of the three young girls who tragically lost their lives in Southport. Such a devastating loss is unimaginable, and words can hardly express the sorrow felt by the community and those who knew them. May their memories be cherished, and may those affected find strength and support in this difficult time.

Now is not the time for drunken violence, now is not the time to be labelled as far right, now is not the time to assault the police.....

The time for rebellion will come, but not now.....
