Our leadership team just returned from an incredible leadership development retreat in the stunning Brecon Beacons🏔️

Professional development doesn't stop when you reach management level- in fact, it becomes even more important. Our heads of team spent valuable time focusing on continuous improvement because we believe great leaders never stop learning.

The retreat covered everything from strategic decision-making to building stronger team dynamics. It was amazing to see our leaders challenge themselves, learn from each other, and come back energized with fresh perspectives.

When managers invest in their own development, everyone benefits. It creates a culture where growth is valued at every level and sets the standard for continuous improvement throughout our organiszation.

We had a blast at the Swansea Air Show with Transport for Wales 🚆

We brought the fun with:
🎁 A prize grabber full of goodies (TfW merch, vouchers and more)
🎟️ A chance to win 1st class train tickets
🎨 A colouring wall for the little train lovers

Behind the camera in Switzerland🇨🇭

We've spent the week, filming content for S4C in Switzerland for the Women's Euros 2025.

This shoot was about more than location- it was about capturing the feeling of Wales on the move.

Working with Molly Palmer, football legend- Laura McAllister, Cerys Mathews, Welsh Reggae artist- Alecia Scott and the young performer Buddug, we’ve shaped a visual story that reflects the ambition, complexity and spirit of Wales right now.

We took over the stadium and turned the pitch into an epic festival experience for 4,500 Admiral guests- live music, incredible energy, good vibes all day (and night) long🎤

These are the moments that show what’s possible when the right people come together. This was integration in full effect, teamwork, creativity, hustle, and a lot of fun.

What an incredible day at the Noah's Ark Children's Charity superhero 5K!🦸‍♀️
We're bursting with pride for our amazing team who took part in this fantastic event, and a massive thank you to everyone who volunteered and supported from the sidelines.

What an absolutely incredible day at the CIM - The Chartered Institute of Marketing Marketing Skills Forum in Cardiff!🎯

We were beyond proud to sponsor this outstanding event, and honestly, we're still processing all the amazing insights and knowledge we gained. The quality of speakers and content completely exceeded our expectations!

We’re lacing up for a cause – in full superhero style!

This year, our team is taking on the Superhero 5K in support of our incredible charity partner, Noah's Ark Children's Hospital.

While it’s sure to be a fun-filled day (with capes, masks, and plenty of smiles) our mission is serious: to help raise vital funds for the 73,000 children treated at our nation’s children’s hospital every year.

We’ll have runners on the course and volunteers on the sidelines as well as filming all the action – all to support Noah’s Ark in creating brighter todays and better tomorrows for children and their families.
