Earlier this year we were named finalists of the 2025 UFI Industry Partners Award, by UFI - The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.

As first-time entrants, being shortlisted alongside major global player Kuehne+Nagel (huge congratulations on the win!) was an achievement in itself and a real testament to the strength of our partners, our team and the work we’re doing together.

The sum of many parts. Our submission focused on the power of partnership: how close collaboration with NHS Confederation, NHS England and LineUp Ninja led to standout innovations for the UK's leading health and care conference in 2024. This included

One moment he's our go-to camera operator, the next, we're filming the final comedy show of his debut tour!

Last Friday our team were at The Theatre Chipping Norton providing filming, audio and vision mixing, for 2 back-to-back epic (and hilarious) performances, for our old pal .

Still a pleasure to work with, diva status not yet activated.

We’re super chuffed for everything Matt’s achieved – and our loss is definitely the comedy world’s gain! Our team have loved getting to stop by a few of the shows to support him (no mates rates, but it's cool👍).

WOW! 2025 – what an event!

We feel proud to have been involved in such a spectacularly executed event about the future of health and care.

“Don’t Miss a Thing” was a key theme for us this year. We made sure attendees, whether online or in-person had clear visibility of all the action, and the opportunity to access (read, watch or listen to) the incredible wealth of valuable content and information captured over the two days.

Here's what we did:

🔹Bigger Live Podcast Studio - centre of the show floor, this year with video. Hugely popular - often standing room only, delegates tuned in with Silent Noize Events headphones.

🔹Speakers Studio – interviews with key speakers and guests from the exhibition floor, continuing the conversations with host Simon Howard. This also bridged the gap between live sessions for those watching at home, ultimately creating an "always on" production.

🔹The Live Lounge - a massive 8m LED content wall of information - showing live schedule data from Lineup Ninja, the current live session at the main auditorium or Speakers Studio interview on the live stream, session summaries from Voxo and handy QR codes for reading and watching any of these later on-demand. This was all in front of optional comfy seating, away from the noise of the show.

🔹Live Instant Photography - with our friends at FotoGoto, we captured 1,000s of photos which were available instantly by taking a selfie. PLUS, our headshot activation was super popular. If you attended, click the link for your photo:

🔹Keynote Sessions - live streamed to stages on the exhibition floor as overflow spaces – these were often full (particularly the address from The Rt. Hon. Wes Streeting MP, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care).

🔹Brand New OnDemand Player – key sessions, podcast interviews and bonus Speaker Studio interviews available after the show.

With in-person and online viewing numbers both substantially up for 2025 (can’t wait for the official numbers!) this is a success story of small cumulative wins over recent years, a direct result of a team consistently willing to innovate in the pursuit of the best possible experience for attendees.

We work closely with our clients to explore the best options for their events. Sometimes we know just the place; other times, we’re on the hunt for a new and inspiring space that fits the brief.

Here are a few on-the-road snaps from our Production Operations Manager, taken during a visit to the University of Leeds campus a few weeks back. We were trialling a lecture theatre for not one, but two upcoming conferences happening this month. As part of the visit, we tested the lighting and audio in advance to ensure a seamless experience would be achieved for their audience.
