Dragon Boats on Loch Ken are looking to expand their team of volunteer helms in 2026!

They are looking for men or women who are over 18 and confident in the water. A free training course ‘Ready to Helm’ held at GAC, will be provided next spring.

Halloween is coming up, the children of the village would love to go Trick or treating (Guising) so if you are in the village and wouldn’t mind visitors please could you put out a decoration or a sign to say Trick or treating welcome, the parents don’t wish to scare anyone
