under a new brand to refocus our purpose. We are here to actively promote positive Mental Health awareness and Neurodiversity. Something which our family have been effected by in recent times. As a Paramedic, I am unfortunate enough to have experienced a MH crisis, for this reason I want to advocate the positive aspects of "it's ok, to not be ok!"

Parents are often a last thought.
Do we do as much as we can to help our own wellbeing and mental health?
I don’t think we do. We are wrapped up in making sure everyone else is looked after, we forget about ourselves.

Iv created some Selfcare bundles and downloads to allow our body’s and minds to reset, bring calm back to our day and ensure we have a structure to follow.

The hardest days are when overwhelm takes over. ADHD is in my experience one of the toughest battles with your own mind.
Thoughts are continuous and a million miles an hour.
Ideas are in full flow, but never finished.
Memory is ridiculously poor, especially with important tasks!!
Chaos lives within.
Then the task paralysis kicks in.

Iv designed these planners from my own lived experience and I have designed the emotions cards for children who struggle to express themselves, through my own battles with understanding my children’s emotions and outbursts when overwhelmed.

A neurodiverse family can be tough to find the balance of everyone’s needs during the chaos at times!
