Experimenting with different techniques. Starting to find some i really like. This is sequencing a section of granular sample in granulator, modulated by phaser and slink filter. Slink filter is a go to right now. It's great.

Hypnotic Techno Production Group Track Challenge - Make a track with using only only 8 available samples as sources for instruments plus effects of your choice. To be done by Monday. Used chopped samples, transposing, stretching, and granular synthesis with varying results. This is the effort so far. Good fun. Slipper Techno is back. Bit rusty, was faffing around for ages working stuff out and not getting anywhere with a new release so got myself organised with Todoist and now my life is like a shopping list and governed by an app. Getting stuff down now though and hope to have four daw tracks done in the not so distant future and 3 live tracks is the goal, working on this one as the first. Just digitakt 2 and digitone on this one. Still luvit.

Yay! Dog taken up the hill, shaved, showered, done laundry and a transition of sorts all by 9:00. Result 🙂. Slightly different life to 30 years ago 🤣

This is what I'm up against. This is the whole 1st track leading to transition to the 2nd track. Recorded a loop on the octatrack. Crossfaded to the loop (about 4 mins in) and it is out of sync. For no reason. Has been in sync consistently. 4 weeks solid work ha ha 😂😭🤬🤪🤣😩🤪. I'll get there eventually.

Just knocked something together to test out Digitakt 2 recorded by Zoom H4 essential connected to smartphone for filming. All run off battery. And testing one handed skills ha ha.

Incorporating the octatrack as effects mixer for transition and breakdown and oneshot from koala sampler on ipad. Getting used to spinning all the plates 🤣
