In this heartfelt and refreshingly honest episode of My Music, Graham sits down with rising singer-songwriter _ to talk about everything from her upcoming single "I Am Losing You", to the emotional power of songwriting, to the quiet heartbreak of a “situationship” that never quite had a name.

Now 21, Rosie shares what it feels like to leave your teenage self behind, reflect on personal growth, and write music that resonates not just with her past — but with listeners navigating modern love, attachment, and memory.

Together, Graham and Rosie explore:
🎵 Why songwriting is sometimes a better alternative to closure
🎤 The weird pressure of “success by 21” in the music world
❤️‍🩹 Why emotional connection, not numbers, defines artistic impact
📀 The influence of Taylor Swift, Radiohead, and reflective window seat moments
🪩 And why performing your pain can sometimes heal you, and your fans

Plus:
👕 Fan-made bracelets, cursed child theatre trips, busking outside stadiums, and the complicated politics of the window seat.

Rosie’s single “I Am Losing You” will be released on May 24, 2025. Add it to your playlists, follow her journey, and support her unique voice in music.

Trainers, are you guiding or dictating?

The most dangerous mindset in training is: “I know everything, and now I’m going to tell you everything.”

Because nobody knows everything. And the best educators? They embrace that.

Learning isn’t a one-way street. The most powerful training environments are built on curiosity, challenge, and conversation—not just delivering facts. Yet, time and time again, we see people in positions of influence dictating rather than engaging.

It happens in classrooms, boardrooms, and even global politics: a refusal to question, listen, and evolve.

As trainers, we should lead by example, encouraging our learners to think, not just respond, to ask why, not just accept what. Great education flows in both directions.

How do you ensure your training encourages real thinking? Let’s talk 👇
